Conditie en spierkracht

Kanker en de behandeling van kanker vraagt veel van je lichaam. Vaak gaat je uithoudingsvermogen achteruit, neemt je spierkracht af en ben je erg moe. Ook psychisch kan het zwaar zijn. Voldoende bewegen helpt tijdens de behandeling om uithoudingsvermogen en spierkracht te behouden. Na de behandeling helpt bewegen om uithoudingsvermogen en spierkracht weer op te bouwen. Dit zorgt voor een sneller herstel.
